Time Is Precious: New Flexible Working Times

Time is a precious commodity.

I have found over the last few months that I have been more flexible in my working day.

I remember visiting my sister when she first moved to Scotland and being amazed that everywhere was open much later than England on an evening and that almost everywhere was open on Sunday - including the hairdresser!!

With Covid-19 many of us have had to adapt the way we work. I have been running a number of courses online and found that to support everyone many of the sessions have had to be after conventional office hours. I have also been running consultations on certain evenings, Saturday mornings or Sunday teatimes to fit in with clients.

What I have found is that this actually supports my work-life balance as well as my clients. So, moving forwards I am going to be offering a number of early evening and weekend slots.
