Please note I am unable to given any specific nutritional advice in these free consultations - it wouldn’t be safe or ethical to do this as I don’t know enough about you. BUT I'll listen to you, find out what you want to achieve, answer your questions related to Nutritional Therapy or my programs and explain how I can support you.
