Where has the last year gone??

I can't believe that it has been a full year since I gave up my Local Authority role and ventured out to create my own Nutritional Therapy business.

It has been an amazing year ... filled with lots of lovely people.

There have been some amazing successes along the way and the odd change of plans.

I have learned so much about myself and am learning everyday about how to run a business.

So I will be celebrating in the best way I know - talking nutrition on a corporate workshop followed by a 1 to 1 consultation with a client that is making amazing leaps forward in their health.
