Fat Bombs: Homemade Chocolates - what's not to like!!

Fat bombs.png

The ones picture have my homemade granola mix added to the top for an extra bit of crunch Yummy!!

But what are they I hear you cry? Fat bombs ... home made chocolates ... what's not to like.

The basic mix is just coconut oil and peanut butter melted in a pan.

When they are combined you add the maple syrup, cacao and I like a pinch of salt.

Pop them into silicon moulds and into the fridge to set.

If you want to get creative add half a teaspoon of peanut butter to each portion - it will become like a Reece cup.

I have added my granola mix to this one.

You can add dried fruits, seeds, nuts, whatever you fancy.

Store them in the fridge until you want to eat them or pop them in the freeze if you like a firmer chocolate.

Enjoy
