A rubbish nights sleep is just that RUBBISH.
I used to really struggle with my sleep .. there was no pattern to it. Sometimes I just took ages to fall asleep. Other times I would wake in the early hours, then toss and turn for the rest of the night. The worst where the nights with no sleep at all.
Menopause made my sleep worse!!!

So I decided to take a proper look at what was causing it ... I looked at my diet, I looked at my lifestyle and I did heaps of research.
