I just wanted to say sorry that I haven’t been writing any bigger pieces for a while and thank you for hanging on in there for me.

I have been trying to build my social media content and moved some of my face to face training to online sessions.

I am really pleased with how my Instagram account has developed - it would be great to hear what you think about it. If you are not following me on social media it would be lovely so see you there and I post almost every day.
