Make Yourself Your Best Project: 14 day Facebook Challenge
I started a 14 day challenge group called #MakeYourselfYourBestProject during lockdown as I couldn’t run some of my face-to-face groups and thought I would try something a bit different. Also, like a lot of people, I wanted to give something back so I had a number of free NHS/key worker places.
The idea is that for 14 days I will set you a small challenge … the challenge will be either have a nutrition or a lifestyle focus. Simple to do and can be easily slotted into your everyday routine. Plus would work with lockdown restrictions.
The challenges have an accumulate effect and although 14 days isn’t long enough to change habits for good it is enough time to get started and make changes.
I have really enjoyed this challenge approach, bringing groups of people together and have decided that I would roll it out on a regular basis. Selfish I know but I do love my job!!
This challenge is for anyone who wants to make some changes but doesn’t know where to start.
Everyone comes to the challenge with different goals in mind.
Sometimes it is weight loss; sometimes it is linked to energy; sometimes it is just knowing that the food choices you make can be improved.
For a lot of people they have just lost their way a little bit.
We cover a lot over the 14 days !!
But you can work at your own pace and the challenges are suitable for everyone regardless of your starting points.
Plus I am with you every step of the way .. I do the challenges alongside you.

So what does the 14 day challenge involve I hear you say!!
Every morning your challenge will be posted in the Facebook group. This is a private group and the places are limited so very quickly you will get to know the others in the group. You can contribute as much or as little as you want to the group chats, there is no expectation you contribute what you feel comfortable with.
I do the challenges alongside you and pop in and out of the group during the day answering any questions - so you get access to a qualified Nutritional Therapist for 14 days for £30!!
We will have two polls linked to the Zoom webinars that I will be holding so that you can vote on the topics that most interest you. These Zoom sessions are only open to the group and if you can’t make them due to commitments I will post the video of the session in the group so that you can watch them at your leisure.
At the end of the 14 days I will give you a gift of one of my e-books for taking part in the challenge. Some of these books are not available outside of this challenge.
